Chace focuses his practice on probate, business, and family law. With more than 15 years of legal experience serving a wide range of clients, Chace brings extensive legal knowledge and experience to each and every case.
Chace is a gifted communicator who began his career in 1997 at Culp, Elliot, and Carpenter, P.L.L.C., where he focused on tax and corporate law. But in 2002, he discovered his true passion in the dynamics of interpersonal relationships of family law, probate, and small businesses.
Chace is a careful and attentive listener. He is committed to helping you successfully navigate the complex legal landscape and takes the time to help you understand your issue in the larger context. To Chace, the resolution of legal issues is the goal, whether it requires litigation, mediation, negotiation, or forward planning: it is important to put out legal fires, but it is just as important to keep the fires from starting in the first place.
He is committed to decisive legal action balanced with compassionate understanding of your particular needs. His goal is to help you successfully and efficiently resolve your legal issues. At every point along the way, he will provide you with accurate information, honest advice, and concrete action steps.
When he is not at work, Chace is spending time his daughter, Tesla, or he can be found at REI preparing for his next outdoor adventure. He is also an avid coffee connoisseur, whose love for coffee rivals that of a sommelier’s love for wine.
